you don’t even KNOW.

five iron was my favorite band for years. i missed one of their best concerts (near my birthday) and cried my eyes out. i had a crush on reese (‘cause i was like fifteen — leave me alone) so hardcore that in the picture of us, i look like i’m going to run away as fast as i can. they were the band that got me through everything. their rawness with their spirituality was awesome. you could tell they loved Jesus because it was real love, not because they were pushing a gimmick or a lifestyle they didn’t authentically back.

this officially is the best year ever. they weren’t going to reunite for ten years, and ducking in two years shy of that goal.. here they are. eight years later.
